Melik Brown, founder of Beast Up Academy, brings a wealth of experience from his illustrious athletic career and academic background to help you achieve your fitness goals.

A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a double major in Sociology and Afro-American Studies, Melik later earned his Master of Education degree from Wilmington University. His passion for lifelong learning and community support has been a driving force throughout his career.

Melik's athletic journey is nothing short of impressive. He played in the Canadian Football League and Arena Football, winning a national championship with the Baltimore Mariners in 2010. His career culminated with the Trenton Freedom, where he became their all-time leader in both rushing yards and touchdowns, earning two All-Pro selections.

Now, Melik is channeling his expertise into Beast Up Academy. As a former professional athlete, he understands what it takes to achieve peak physical condition and is committed to bringing those high-performance strategies to you.
